Carlos was a loving father, cherished grandfather, devoted husband, and a dear friend to many. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Born in Ibarra, Ecuador, and raised in Quito, Carlos made the decision to immigrate to the United States in 1999, and he found his home in Ossining. Fondly referred to as Chubal, Chulla, or Quito by his loved ones, he had a playful sense of humor and enjoyed teasing his son and godchildren. His joyful spirit and infectious laughter brought light to any gathering he attended. Carlos was a dedicated father and grandfather. His love for them knew no bounds, and he took great pride in their accomplishments and happiness. He showered them with affection and cherished every moment with them. As an Auto Mechanic and Welder, Carlos excelled in his field, leaving an indelible mark on his colleagues and clients. His dedication and commitment to his work were unmatched, and he was always willing to go above and beyond to help others. Carlos's passion for his craft was evident in the countless lives he positively impacted throughout his career. Beyond his work, Carlos had a passion for sports, particularly soccer and volleyball. He not only enjoyed playing these sports but also enthusiastically supported teams such as Racing Club and his son's team, Westchester Soccer Pros. His love of him for the game was infectious, and he could often be found sharing his knowledge of him and cheering for his favorite teams. One of Carlos' remarkable qualities was his ability to connect with people effortlessly. No matter where he went, he would strike up conversations, and before long, he would leave with a new friend. His warm and welcoming nature made everyone feel comfortable in his presence, and his genuine interest in others left a lasting impression on those he encountered. Carlos's departure from this world leaves a void that can never be filled. However, his memory of him will live on through the countless lives he touched. His legacy of love, compassion and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. Más allá de su trabajo, Carlos tenía pasión por los deportes, particularmente el fútbol y el voleibol.
